CREW DUTY ROSTER

Each crew is responsible for the following:

* Ensuring new people to the club are taken care of between the hours of 6pm and 7:30pm on Wednesday Night and
9:30am – 11am Sunday mornings.

* Ensuring that Novices/Juniors are getting out if/where possible. If too rough for novices ensure that they are being
coached on the machines.

* Ensuring that people are getting help in and out of the water.

* Arranging for Coxswains, coxing and Sitting in as required.

If you are unavailable you need to ensure that you have people to cover you.
